Located within the boundaries of the Gallatin National Forest, Big Sky is a Rocky Mountain retreat that is set at the base of one of Montana's tallest peaks. Lone Mountain, which rises to an elevation of 11,166 feet above sea level, stands proud over Big Sky, making for a most delightful setting.

Big Sky offers instant access some of the most diverse skiing and snowboarding amongst breathtaking vistas in the lower 48. Float down a 2,000 vertical foot, powder filled bowl beneath Lone Peak; bob and weave through the Bavarian Forest; ride the Lone Peak Tram for a bird's eye view of untamed wilderness. You'll find almost twice as many acres as skiers. Out here, we like our elbow room. Our terrain park facilities bring you world class challenges no matter what your skill level.

Summit at Big Sky

The elegant Euro-Western Summit at Big Sky made its debut in March 2000 and features eight residential levels, two public levels with reception, concierge, meeting rooms, fitness center, indoor/outdoor soaking pool, Peaks restaurant, The Carabiner Lounge, Provisions resort wear gift shop, espresso cart, and on-mountain ski storage. There are also three levels of underground parking. Combine these luxury appointments with two high capacity lifts within 50 yards of the entry and you have one of the finest properties in the Rockies. 98 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums lock-off into flexible configurations. There are 213 units, each with private entry, room number, two-line telephone, high-speed wireless internet, entertainment center, climate control, and daily maid service.

Village Center

Big Sky's New Village Center offers slope side ski suites, additional shopping, coffee shop, dining and entertainment options. Village Center's accommodations are the ultimate in ski in/out featuring fine finishes, designer decor and signature Boyne Beds. Enjoy the views from private balcony and the exclusivity of an intimate lobby. A varity of rooms have Kitchens, Fireplaces, and all have flat panel TV’s and High speed internet access. A private outdoor hot tub and swimming pool is slope side for your enjoyment.

Huntley Lodge

Conveniently located in the heart of Big Sky's Mountain Village, this three-story hotel was part of the late NBC news broadcaster Chet Huntley's original vision. With recent remodeling, it is as tasteful as it is convenient. The Huntley complex includes Chet's Bar & Grill, coffee cart in the Firehole Lounge, concierge, shops, ski storage, meeting rooms and Solace Spa.

All rooms have been upgraded to the luxurious Boyne Bed.
